First time and the service was friendly and fast. Shoutout to Alecia and Loan! I got a quinoa chicken bowl and my boyfriend got the Black and Blue burger. I liked my food but his burger was sooo good we ordered a different one and split it. Thick, juicy, and has a really fresh taste to it.
Everything is great but would it be so hard for the person taking my order to SMILE?!? Rather than the miserable pusses they have on their faces? Even a fake smile. Pay them more. Something. Anything. I’m here at least 2x a week and never a smile or a hi how are you today welcome to Offerdahls. Nothin.
I come in this offerdahls almost every morning and let me tell you the service and the food is amazing and spot on every single time Alicia, the manager and everyone else who works here at the lighthouse point location are awesome 10/10 !!!
Hi Offerdahl’s team, I’m a regular customer at your Pompano Beach location and just wanted to say how much I miss the Tokyo Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. Gone now 2 weeks, it was one of my absolute favorites — healthy, flavorful, and a perfect lunch option. I was disappointed to see it off the menu recently and hope you’ll consider bringing it back, even if just as a seasonal or rotating special. Thanks for always serving great food! Looking forward to seeing the Tokyo Bowl return!
Love this place! Everyone at this restaurant is so friendly, especially Loan and Alecia who greet me every time I walk in. I always feel very welcomed. The food is always fresh and the service is quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the Chicken Fiesta bowl.
